Brazil.  This species will become a tall reed stem epidendrum, capable of supporting the weight of its stems. It is found growing on granite rocks, exposed to the elements. Flowers are fairly large, dark green and thick as cardboard, making it a long-lasting display! Our mother plant, at the moment is a 5" pot with the stems being about 2 1/2' tall. It ranges in size from short to giants, so keep it in a pot to make it easier to carry around! Flowers during the winter through spring seasons. Available in 2" pots.
