This was a popular plant for collectors when it first appeared. This hybrid, between aurantiaca and sanguinea, produced nice reds at that time, then a yellow form appeared and has become the One to get! These plants, made from a selfing of our mother plant, produces clusters of yellow flowers on a spike that is taller than the plant and is an eye-catcher for sure when it becomes a specimen plant!
