Brazil, Paraguay, Australia.  This is an easy grower, requiring similar treatment to B. gardneri.  We have these in bark in 2" pots, but when they need to be potted up, we use our 3" baskets with lots of bright light and good wind movement.  Available in  3" hanging baskets..
